Ooh! How did I miss this? The blog Detectives Beyond Borders has a recent two-part interview with Jo Nesbø, author of the fabulous Harry Hole series.

According to the interview, there are plans to translate the first two Harry Hole books into English. Hooray!

So should we hold off on reading those books until the first two are translated?
Although this is good news to actually see how Harry Hole got started in the first two books set elsewhere, I see no problem with reading the series starting with The Redbreast but to each his own. I read them out of order and regretted it but still enjoyed reading them all. Thanks for sharing this bit of good news, Sarah.
@Heidenkind – I’ve been reading the books in order starting with book three (Redbreast) and have had no problem. I do want to see the first two when they’re released, though. I love this series!
