Midnight Resolutions by Kathleen O’Reilly Harlequin Blaze (01 January 2010)

Which January 2010 books are you planning to read?

I am soo hanging out for Coming Undone!
I am also curious about an anthology called Inked (Liu and Chance) and a Joss Ware book that Shiloh Walker spotlighted at one point on her blog has me curious.
But I am actually behind on my recent releases, so I think January will be me playing catch up.
I thought, when I wrote about The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie, “In 2010, I’ll be able to write about books *when* they get published, as opposed to months, years or even decades later!”
But then I look at the TBR totebag, think about which books I need/want to reread for the Husband challenge [Hey, Sarah -- we got an approximate date for that, so we publish the "Man Reviews" around the same time?], and contemplate all the books I know are still lurking in reviews and blogs — and I think, “You want me to read books as soon as they’re published?”
Sorry — just feeling a bit overwhelmed at the end of the year! I’m sure I’ll have all those aforementioned books read by Friday, so I start with a clean slate. Sure I will…
Proof of seduction I suppose. I haven’t been checking the releases, to be honest.
I got a sneak peek at Lead Me On and Proof and they are both soooo good!!
I am looking forward to Jill Myles second book!
I’m reading Scoundrel’s Kiss right now
I’m looking forward to the Courtney Milan and also Pieces Of Sky by Kaki Walker. That one is a debut western (in trade pb alas) and I always look forward to those.
I’m looking forward to the first four books you mentioned. From the first two I’ve yet to read the prequels but that won’t stop me from buying them
@Edie: I can’t wait for Coming Undone!
@Magdalen: Confession: I don’t always read the books I buy each month immediately! I’m a very bad book reviewer in this sense. I read according to my mood. While I do read many new releases as soon as they come out, I often leave them on my TBR shelf for a bit if I’m not in the mood to read a book in that particular genre.
@heidenkind: I enjoyed Courtney Milan’s novella, so I have high hopes for her debut novel.
@Mandi: Oh! Good to know they’re worth waiting for.
@Wendy: I’ve never heard of Kaki Walker. Thanks. I’ll add her to my list.
@ErotRomReader (Janna): Shh…I do that, too.
