Nice month – feel ya on Covet.

I’m going to have to check out Dragon Bones!

@Mandi Oh, do! I can’t recommend the Hurog duology highly enough. I’ll be posting my review on Wednesday.

I always wanted to start the other books of Patricia Briggs. I think I will get them. And yeah, Covet was a disappointment.

@SusiSunshine I believe the Hurog book are considered the best of her straight Fantasy novels. Dragon Bones is the first one, followed by Dragon Blood which I’m currently reading and loving.

I managed 13 books this month. I liked Tempt Me at Twilight a lot more than you did, LOL. I had Covet on my wish list, but now after seeing all the so-so reviews, I am glad I haven’t bought it. I am meaning to try the Leslie Parrish books, too. I have added the first one to my wishlist.

@Jill D. I loved the Leslie Parrish trilogy. If you like Karen Rose, Leslie Parrish has a similarly dark style. I just commented on your Tempt Me at Twilight review!

I have the two of Patricia Briggs on its way to me. I ordered it over the weekend and next day got an e-mail from amazon.de that they were shipped *woohoo* And you’ve had both great uppers and downers in your reading month Sarah.

Looks like you had a pretty good reading month. I’ve got Meljean Brooks in my TBR, I want to read one of her books since I’ve seen a lot good remarks on her books.

Meh. I read about 8, and half of them were DNFs. I think my favorite of the whole month was Tempt Me at Twilight. Sad, no?
