A few bits and pieces from the Blogosphere this week.
Tumperkin poses an interesting question at Racy Romance Reviews: Blogging: Public or Private
Regarding the closing of digital publisher Quartet Press before it had even opened: I loved author Ann Aguirre’s piece My Problem With Epublishing. Many of her thoughts echo my own.
I laughed out loud at Wendy the Super Librarian’s post about her visit to the L.A. County Fair. Her description of carnies reminded me of summers spent at the Rose of Tralee Festival in Kerry. They had seriously dodgy rides and even dodgier individuals manning them. One particularly memorable experience involved my cousin Michael opening up the safety bar on the ride we were on mid-air.
Enjoy your weekend!

Second link is the same as the first..
@Edie Thanks, Edie. I’ve fixed it.
This is the second week in a row that there’s been a problem with my links. The weird thing is I was very aware of it this week and I double and triple checked that the links were correct by previewing the post. I’m thinking this might be a blip with WordPress. Has anyone else experienced this?
Sarah,
No. I’ve not had any problem w/ WP links.
Have you checked to make sure you have the latest WP? I think WP has been under some hacker attack or something.
@Nadia Lee Thanks, Nadia. I’ve just updated to the latest version of WP. Hopefully that will help.
