Although the past couple of weeks have been spectacularly bad in terms of finding time to read, I have managed to add a few books to my already heaving bookshelves. What a surprise!

Some recently delivered books include:

Fragile Eternity by Melissa Marr (Young Adult/Urban Fantasy)

Nightlife by Rob Thurman (Urban Fantasy)

Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews (Urban Fanstasy)

Stolen Heat by Elisabeth Naughton (Romantic Suspense)

Why Mermaids Sing by C.S. Harris (Historical Mystery)

Revealed by Kate Noble (Historical Romance)

Here’s hoping I actually get a chance to read them in the near future!

Nice pile! You will not be disappointed with Fragile Eternity and Revealed. They were great reads.

@katiebabs I’m looking forward to reading them!

While I now adore Ilona Andrews’ Kate Daniels series, I have to admit I didn’t love the first book and probably wouldn’t have bought the second if it hadn’t been for glowing reviews. Not sure why – am wondering if I should re-read it at some time and see if I’ve changed my mind about it.

I’ve the first CS Harris book sitting in my TBR pile, must get around to it soon.

@Li I bought the first Ilona Andrews book on the basis of positive reviews – plus it was reduced! I’m not sure how I’ll respond to the premise of the story. Several readers who like Patricia Briggs also seem to like Ilona Andrews, so I’ll give the first one a go.
