I didn’t do a list of interesting links last weekend, so here are a few:
Prolific bestselling author Nora Roberts was profiled in the latest issue of The New Yorker. The article is very detailed and well worth reading, even if you’re not a Nora Roberts fan. By the way, I’m not a regular subscriber to the magazine. I signed up for the ‘Digital Edition – Free Preview’ and was able to access the current issue that way.
Author and agent Deidre Knight has an article at ESPAN (Electronic and Small Press Authors’ Network) about The Digital Age and RWA: A Call for Change. Knight argues that Romance Writers of America’s current stance on epublished authors is discriminatory and out-of-step with current publishing trends.
Karen Scott has a fun blog entry entitled I Love E-Books, But Dead Tree Books Are Tops.
Check out this poem by Alexis Harley at the Book Thingo blog. Beautifully written and very clever!
